Refund policy

At Synova, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

(You can change this later if you want to offer free returns as a marketing angle.)


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
